Kate has spent her 20+ year career in corporate finance. She was Chief Financial Officer for two public healthcare companies: one in long term care, and one in population health management. She was also an investment banker at Alex. Brown & Sons, Inc. brokerage services, and at H.C. Wainwright & Co., Inc., where she specialized in long term care. As both a banker and CFO, she was responsible for a number of acquisitions and financings of healthcare facilities and healthcare information technology and service companies. Kate is a graduate of the University of Richmond, with a Bachelors degree in Economics and Accounting.      

Patricia Kirkpatrick MJ RN CPHQ

Chief Operating Officer

During Patricia's 20+ year career in nursing and healthcare management, she has focused on developing and implementing innovative care management programs which utilize all members of the care team to promote processes which foster the medical home and improve care coordination. She has received numerous awards during her career, ranging from "Woman of the Year" nominations in both business and healthcare, to the Disease Management Leadership Award in 2007 for the DMAA Outstanding Journal Article. Patricia is a co-author of two (2) pending U.S. Patents for processes that enhance the coordination of care. Patricia obtained her registered nursing diploma in Indiana and holds an unrestricted multi-state license from the State of Tennessee and Pennsylvania. She has been a certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) since 1996. Patricia received her undergraduate degree in Organizational Management from Goshen College, and  a Masters  of Jurisprudence in Health law from Loyola University, Chicago.
